Is Freemium actually free forever?

Yes. $0/month, no hidden fees, no time limit. You pay MDR only when you take a payment — same as every merchant. Upgrade when you're ready for more features, not because a trial expired.

Do I need long contracts?

No. Monthly tiers are month-to-month. Cancel any time. Hardware kits are one-time purchases — you own them. Power and Enterprise tiers are annual by default but with month-to-month options available.

How fast can I start selling?

Under an hour for youShop and youResto. 24 hours for youPay activation (KYC-dependent). youQR activates immediately once your merchant page is set up. Real merchants have been live inside a lunch break.

Can I use youPay without the other products?

Yes. youPay works standalone — as a payment gateway for your existing website, app, or standalone SoundBox device. It's also the engine under youShop, youResto, and youQR, so bringing them in later is a config switch, not an integration.

Where do my funds settle?

Into your existing bank account. No new bank account required. T+0 (same-day) settlement on most rails; T+1 to T+3 on some international schemes. Multi-currency accounts available on Power+.

What's the difference between SMB and Enterprise?

Same PCI L1 gateway, same 99.999% uptime, same ML fraud engine — for both. Enterprise adds intelligent routing, dispute automation, 4-way reconciliation, right-to-audit, custom SLAs, and dedicated architects. If you have > $1M/mo volume or multi-market operations, talk to us about Enterprise.
